Each day, we sail from one lush island to the next, exploring and discovering the hidden secrets of the archipelago. Swim, snorkel and dive your way through the coral-rich crystalline waters, or use the kayak or SUP to explore paradise from above. Spot a surfable wave? Grab the longboard and get out there.

Life aboard the Pelican allows for an authentic sense of adventure in the food we prepare for our guests – thanks to fresh, local ingredients that dictate the menu of the day. Inspired by the seasons and the bountiful produce each one holds, we explore and discover unique ingredients from the islands and surrounding ocean. Passionate about sustainability, we build relationships with local farmers and fisherman to ensure that our food conveys a special sense of place.

Down below the deck, Pelican boasts 4 stunning double cabins, all en-suite, with the capacity to accommodate 8 guests in total. While most of your time will be spent exploring, relaxing and enjoying lazy lunches in the sun, your private rooms are a cozy little getaway should you need some time to yourself.

Not only do our competent crew have a wealth of experience chartering the inner and outer atolls, they also know all the secret spots of the archipelago and make it their personal mission to turn each voyage into a trip of a lifetime. Etienne Quilindo
CAPTAINHaving worked as a Marine Park Ranger, a Fly Fishing Guide in Alphonse, a Manager at the Cousin Island Special Reserve, and a PADI instructor on the Praslin and Desroches islands – not to mention a 15-year career as a skipper throughout the Seychelles – Etienne is an expert waterman in every sense of the word and has unmatched experience of the archipelago.
Our Captain has commanded many ocean vessels over the years and since 2019, has proudly lead the crew aboard Pelican. A gentle temperament, deep love for the ocean, thousands of sea miles and uncompromising integrity makes Etienne a superb Captain, and an even better human being.
Roddy Jules
DECKHANDAfter being awarded his Advanced Certificate in Fisheries Science and Fishing Technology at the Seychelles Maritime Academy in 2017, Roddy went on to become STCW, as well as PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water certified.
From fishing stints near the Aldabra Atolls to working as both a deckhand and a skipper on well-known boats around the archipelago, Roddy is an invaluable member of our crew. He has in-depth knowledge of the ocean, a passion for any activity involving water and plays a pivotal role in creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for our clients.
